School Application Procedure (faculty):
Faculty interested in
offering lectures and leading discussion sessions at the Post Keynesian Summer
School are invited to submit an application to the organizers. The application
should include a brief outline of the proposed lecture, a short list of
references that will be used for the lecture, and an abbreviated CV. In
addition, please indicate your expected dates of attendance at the Summer School
(which runs June 19-24); note that preference will be given to those faculty who
are willing to stay for most, or all, of the Summer School. C-FEPS will provide
for most meals for the faculty, however, it cannot cover accommodations and
travel expenses. Send the materials to Pavlina Tcherneva at the email below by
February 15, 2004.
Summer School Application submission deadline: February 15, 2004
Costs
C-FEPS will cover all
breakfasts, lunches and 2 dinners for summer school faculty. The remaining
dinners, travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the summer school
faculty.
To those who apply early,
we can offer accommodations during the summer school for $39, $49 or $59 per
night plus tax. A cheaper option of $30/night is also available at the UMKC
residence hall, if you do not mind the Spartan conditions.
Summer School Faculty who
wish to stay for the Conference must register using the standard conference
rates. Since the summer school ends on Thursday (June 24) but the conference
starts on Saturday (June 26), faculty must also plan for their accommodations on
Friday night. We will be happy to help you secure the same discounted summer
school rate for Friday night as well.

register before May 15, late registration fee is $100)
Dinner/keynote: $40
