May 15, 2004: Hotel booking at guaranteed conference rate of $84/night; higher rate applies after this date. May 31, 2004: Complete Paper Submission (If we receive your paper by this date, we will post it on our web site for conference participants to read and print before the conference. It will also be reproduced on a CD. Unlike in previous years, at this workshop hard copies of conference papers will not be reproduced for participants.)
